PURPOSE: A secret number allotting type automatic collect call telephone system capable of performing a collect call when a telephone number and a secret number coincide by informing previously a telephone secret number for a collect call to persons who a telephone subscriber wants is provided. CONSTITUTION: The secret number allotting type automatic collect call telephone system comprising: a storage section(3') for storing a telephone number and a secret number which are produced and corrected by using a telephone; a central processing unit(2') for detecting whether a transmitting person is a subscriber when a reference ID for a collect call telephone, a receiver telephone number, and a secret number are sequentially inputted thereto by the transmitting person, and controlling receiving or transmitting operation according to the detected result.
