PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed decorative material having excellent compression recoverability even when foamed with a high magnification and being recoverable against crushing under pressure produced during production processes and after execution. SOLUTION: A foamed decorative material includes, on a substrate 1, at least a foamed resin layer 2 composed of a resin composition comprising an aqueous emulsion type resin 21 and a high-elasticity material 22, e.g. natural rubber latex.
