PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesiveness of a dielectric material and an opposite electrode, and to stabilize withstand voltage and capacitance in a sheet capacitor in use for an electronic circuit for an electric apparatus, an electronic apparatus and the like. SOLUTION: The sheet capacitor includes: an etched aluminum foil 1 with an enlarged surface area; an acrylic-based polymer dielectric material consisting of an acrylic-based polymer electrodeposited on the top face of the etched aluminum foil; and an opposite electrode formed on the acrylic-based polymer dielectric material by the sputtering method or ion plating method.
