PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heater to be used as a heater in houses or industrial facilities or to be used for heating water in fishing, agricultural or carrier industries, particularly using a fluid flow in a multichannel structure passing through a branch system for heating fluid while suppressing vibration and noises during heating the fluid, instead of additional fossil fuel. SOLUTION: A pump device 4 is used for introducing fluid from a generation pipe 5 into a damper 6. The process of resonance with even harmonic waves in the generation pipe 5 and damping by the damper 6 results in the process of wave damping to generate heat.
