摘要 |
A nozzle assembly structure of a VGT(variable geometry turbocharger) is provided to improve the durability of a turbocharger and to prevent the power output degradation of an engine caused by the fault of a turbocharger by coping appropriately with the increase of vibration and thermal load caused by the increase in the power output of an engine. A nozzle assembly structure of a VGT(variable geometry turbocharger) includes two nozzle plates(3) connected to each other by many support pins(1) by interposing many vanes, wherein the outer circumferential surface of an insertion portion(5) of the support pin inserted to the nozzle plate is coupled to the inner circumferential surface of a coupling hole(7) of the nozzle plate at the certain interval, and a stop flange(9) is provided to the support pin to limit the insertion depth to each nozzle plate between two facing nozzle plates.
