The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical device that realizes a reduction in interference patterns without having to decrease the image acquisition rate or having to increase the device size, even in applications with large lighting areas. For this purpose, an optical device according to the present invention is an optical device employing a coherent light source for lighting, and is characterized in that a beam-direction oscillating means is disposed between the coherent light source and a collimating lens to prevent a focal point from being formed at a target object. |
