An independent electric power generator using a seesaw movement of a liquid board is provided to generate power by converting a seesaw movement into the rotation through the rotational motion conversion device. An independent electric power generator using a seesaw movement of a liquid board comprises a liquid board(1) in which the liquid is filled; a supporting board which is placed in the weight center of the liquid and enables the seesaw action of the liquid board; permanent magnets(4,5) installed at both end parts(2,3) of the liquid board; a rotation converter converting the seesaw motion of the liquid board to the rotational motion; detection sensors(12,13) which sense whether it reached the lowered position of the point of time when the liquid of the liquid board inside flowed backward or not; electromagnets(10,11) which controls in order to alter polarity and it induces the seesaw action of the liquid board according to the sensing result of the detection sensor; a speed-up apparatus increasing the rotation of the rotational motion conversion device speed; and a generating unit developing with the torque accelerated with the speed-up apparatus.
