PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam treatment apparatus that images an affected site using X-ray irradiation during a treatment time including an irradiation preparation period of a particle beam and irradiation period thereof, and that can manage radiation dose of the particle beam with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The particle beam treatment apparatus is provided that comprises: a particle beam generation device for generating a particle beam; an irradiation field formation device that is installed in a treatment room and irradiates a target with the particle beam; a particle beam transport system 6 for connecting the particle beam generation device to the irradiation field formation device; an X-ray imaging apparatus that is installed in the treatment room and irradiates a target with an X-ray to image the target's position; a radiation dose measuring instrument 8 that is installed in the irradiation field formation device and at a position through which the particle beam passes; and a control device 400 that when an X-ray is irradiated during a treatment time, performs control so that a measurement result of the X-ray is excluded from the measurement result of the radiation dose measuring instrument 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
