PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of simply and properly performing cutting for a workpiece. SOLUTION: This cutting tool 1 is provided with a cutting tool body 2 performing the cutting using a blade part 12 for the workpiece 3 by ultrasonically vibrating the blade part 12, and a copying guide member 23 arranged near the blade part 12 in the cutting tool body 2 to regulate a cutting depth of the workpiece 3 by being brought into contact with the workpiece 3 at the time of cutting.
