PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless stamp belt for a rotary stamp, which is made of a thermoplastic resin porous printing material having a thickness of less than 2 mm, and can be securely adhered to a base cloth, dispensing with a hot melt sheet. SOLUTION: The porous printing member with the base cloth is produced by overlapping a plate-like origin member, which is obtained by blending and kneading a thermoplastic resin, a water soluble organic solvent and a water soluble bubble forming agent at a ratio of 1.0:0.1-0.8: 3.0-4.0 and by being molded into a thickness of 0.1 to 1.9 mm, with a base cloth comprising a woven product or a non-woven fabric, then, by accommodating them into a mold and pressurizing/heating them to integrate them into a sheet, and by cleaning/removing the water soluble organic solvent and the water soluble bubble forming agent from the sheet. The porous printing material with a base cloth, after forming the printing surface as required, is cut into a desired size with an ultrasonic cutter, then, the cutting surface is soldered and hardened to form a non-porous printing material protective film preventing ink from oozing, furthermore both ends of the porous printing material are overlapped with each other to heat-fuse the ends with a heat sealing machine to produce the endless stamp belt for a rotary stamp.
