According to an embodiment of the present invention, a touch panel includes: a color filter (CF) substrate; a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate disposed on the CF substrate and touched by a user, and including sensing electrodes and driving electrodes to detect the touch; and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the CF substrate and the TFT substrate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the TFT substrate is disposed on the CF substrate to prevent a touch signal from being blocked by an indium tin oxide (ITO) of the CF substrate. |
