According to the present invention, provided is a roasting plate for an electric range, which comprises: a heat holding plate mounted on a heating means of the electric range, and having a space on the inner part; and a heating plate mounted on the upper part of the heat holding plate. Especially, a heat source transferred by the heating means via the electric range heats air in the heat holding plate, thereby heating the heating plate placed on the upper part of the heat holding plate to allow food put on the upper side of the heating plate to be cooked. The heated air in the heat holding plate circulates and is also partially discharged constantly, thereby maintaining the heating temperature in the heat holding plate at a constant level. |
