Provided is an information processing device provided with: a group organizing unit for performing a first organizing process of sorting participants who participate in a virtual meeting in one or more organizations into a plurality of groups; a meeting room management unit for assigning a virtual meeting room to each of the groups; an input reception unit for receiving, as needed, inputs of a discussion determination criterion for determining a discussion state in the virtual meeting room, a participant determination criterion for classifying the participants, and a group reorganization criterion for reorganizing the participants; a discussion state determination unit for performing a discussion state determination process of determining the discussion state of a group on the basis of behaviors of the participants in the virtual meeting room who belong to the group and the discussion determination criterion; and a participant classification unit for performing a participant classification process of determining and classifying the participants on the basis of the behaviors of the participants and the participant determination criterion. The group organizing unit performs a second organizing process of sorting again the participants into the groups on the basis of a discussion state determination result of the discussion state determination unit, a classification result of the participant classification unit, and the group reorganization criterion.
