A flexible self-adhesive label 10 for a syringe with a barrel (210 fig 2) and a tip (220 fig 2) comprises a main body 20 with a front and rear end and a tongue 30 with an aperture 32. The aperture 32 engages with the tip (220 fig 2) of the syringe and locates the main body 20 in a longitudinal direction with respect to the barrel (210 fig 2). The aperture 32 may be circular and/or completely enclosed by the tongue 30. The tongue 30 may be shorter and/or narrower than the main body 20. The main body 20 may include opposing straight side edge 40 which may extend parallel to each other and/or a straight rear edge 50 at the rear end of the main body 20. There may be a tapering portion 22. The label 10 may include a pair of ears 60 and may be covered entirely with adhesive. The label 10 may comprise markings 70 that may indicate graphically a predefined volume of a fluid and a safe dose of the fluid. The fluid to be drawn in the syringe may be a gas. |
