PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple loading unit capable of varying the loading force easily. SOLUTION: The simple loading unit for transferring the flux of a permanent magnet, as a loading force, to a rotator through magnetic fluid is arranged such that the rotator 8 is held rotatably in the magnetic fluid 9, the permanent magnet 5 is disposed to hold a wall 7 for partitioning the magnetic fluid 9 between, and the distance between the permanent magnet 5 and the magnetic fluid 9 can be varied.
