PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of verifying, in an actual environment, whether a target road-side communicator exerts influences upon communication of the other road-side communicator, without exerting influences upon services of the other road-side communicator.SOLUTION: A road-side communicator 2D transmits data for verification using a maintenance data slot as a non-service data slot that is different from a service data slot for transmitting service data, and a target road-side communicator 2S transmits data for verification using a subslot 34e that is the same slot as the maintenance data slot used by the road-side communicator 2D. A road-side communicator 2A as a communicator for verification acquires the data for verification that the road-side communicator 2D has transmitted, measures its communication quality and discriminates whether a subslot 32a that is a service data slot being allocated to the road-side communicator 2D can be allocated to the target road-side communicator 2S, based on the communication quality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
