<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying truck whose pallet an operator can fold easily by stamping on it with his leg or the like, without using his hand, and which can be nested. <P>SOLUTION: The carrying truck 60 is configured so that a back face panel 15 is installed upright on the open side 2a of a floor frame 1 which is provided with casters 10 and 11 and nestable overlaid on one plane, and the pallet 30 is placed with its forefront directed to the closed side 2. The pallet 30 can be folded about the first and the second folding shaft 36, 37, and a forefront slope 40 is formed on the undersurface at the forefront (a). The carrying truck 60 can convey transferred objects placed on the pallet 30. If the operator places his foot 62 on an upper part of the forefront slope 40 of the pallet 30 and stamps on it, the slope 40 of the pallet 30 abuts to the oversurface of the floor frame 1, and folding is started in such a fashion that the first folding shaft 36 projects to below and the second folding shaft 37 projects to above (b), and the pallet 30 is folded when the operator further stamps on it with the foot 62 (c), (d).
