<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut continuously formed rolled Sushi in a good appearance when a cutting blade is passed through a gap between a carrying-in conveyor and a take-out conveyor connectedly installed on the common center line in the longitudinal direction of the rolled Sushi to cut the rolled Sushi to a prescribed length in a machine for forming the rolled Sushi. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting machine for the rolled Sushi is obtained as follows. The carrying-in conveyor 2 and the take-out conveyor 3 for the rolled Sushi 4 are connectedly installed through a gap t for passing the cutting blade therethrough on the same center line c in a machine casing 1 and both-side guidance guides 6 and 6 for the rolled Sushi and top-surface guidance guides 6' and 6' therefor are installed through the gap t in the terminal end 2' of the carrying-in conveyor 2 and the starting end 3' of the take-out conveyor 3, respectively.
