摘要 FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for packing the marrows into jars. Before pouring pickle the packed marrows are treated in microwave field with frequency 240050 MHz during 100-110 sec. 97C pickle is poured into jars after which the jars are again treated in microwave field with frequency 240050 MHz for 90-100 sec.
