PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint material that has a nanocomposite structure made of intermetallic compound hardly causing a kirkendall void, and can form in a minimum heat processing process a joint part which has high joint strength and mechanical strength and has excellent heat resistance.SOLUTION: In the joint material, first metallic particles M1 contain Sn and intermetallic compound constituted of Sn and Cu and the intermetallic compound has a nanocomposite structure, and second metallic particles M2 are polycrystal substances constituted of Cu metallic particles having Si coating layers or Cu alloy particles, where a size of one crystal is equal to 200 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
