PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has improved image display performance by suppressing the difference of a display state due to the temperature change of a display body before and after switching a display image and suppressing a degradation in image quality caused by the temperature irregularities of a display surface. SOLUTION: The display device 100 is provided with the display body 10 for selectively reflecting light and displaying images and a heating element 20 composed of a circuit or a battery to be used for displaying the images on the display device 10. A heat storage layer 30 for heat-insulating the display body 10 is arranged on the surface side of the display body 10 opposite from the surface reflecting the light, and the display body 10 and the heating element 20 are thermally connected through the heat storage layer 30.
