<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for detecting a synchronizing signal in which the synchronizing signal can be accurately detected by removing the influence of DC offset or deviation variation without using a high-pass filter. <P>SOLUTION: DC offset information and deviation information are extracted from a detection signal, a reference frame synchronizing word is corrected based on the information, and correlative processing is performed on the detection signal containing an offset component, thereby performing synchronization detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
