PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since the conventional measurement of light velocity has been limitedly performed as an experiment by an observer on the earth in a short period of time, continuous measurement of the light velocity in the space is difficult in a conventional method.SOLUTION: Provided is a method in which a plurality of stationary satellites continuously and mutually transmit and receive electromagnetic waves many times, and calculate light velocity from their arrival time and mutual distances.
