A chimeric polypeptide comprising a TNF neutralizer domain, an IL-I receptor antagonist domain, and a dimerization domain, wherein the three domains are operably linked to each other. Within the scope of this invention are (i) nucleic acids encoding the polypeptide; (ii) expression vectors and host cells containing the nucleic acids; (iii) related pharmaceutical compositions; and (iii) related preparation and treatment methods.
