<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a security method for detecting illegal invasion and reporting it to a section concerned by installing a crime/disaster prevention sensor to a window glass member to secure safety of a resident and for performing periodic maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A destruction sensor constructed of a minute RFID IC tag chip on a glass member is arranged on a transparent thin film. The transparent thin film sensor can be stuck to an existing window glass pane. A radio terminal adapter receiving a signal transmitted from the RFID IC tag is installed in a house or an office. The terminal adapter connects to a glass management center via a cellular phone network and an information communication network. When an abnormal condition is notified, an agent is dispatched according to the degree of the abnormal condition to acquire circumstances in cooperation with neighbors and to report the abnormal condition to the police/fire station nearby for ensuring safety of a victim and protecting his/her properties.
