Antibody complexes are provided to promote growth or proliferation of a cell by binding to the surface molecule of a hematopoietic cell, and induce transduction of the hematopoietic cell. The soluble complex comprises the first and second ligands which bind to the first cell surface molecule and the second cell surface molecule on the same target hematopoietic cell, respectively, wherein the first and second ligands are antibodies or their fragments capable of binding to the first cell surface molecule and second cell surface molecule; the target cell is T cell; the first ligand binds to CD28; and the second ligand binds to one ligand selected from B7-H1, B7-H2, B7-H3, B7-H4, CD2, CD3, CD11a, CD26, CD27, CD30L, CD32, CD38, CD40L, CD45, CD49, CD50, CD54, CD58, CD70, CD80, CD86, CD100, CD122, CD137L, CD153, CTLA-4, ICOS, OX40L, PD-1, PD-L2, SLAM, TIM-1, TIM-2, TIM-3, TIM-4 and 2B4.
