<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control device capable of certainly operating safety equipment by performing restriction of the load by presuming activation of the safety equipment from various conditions of a traveling area. <P>SOLUTION: A driving environment acquisition part 31 acquires driving environment comprising road information, weather information and road surface information of the traveling area at present which a car navigation device 4 acquires from a vehicle information center 24 and the other vehicle 25 and a vehicle speed, a road slope, operation information of a wiper or the like and illumination in the vehicle from a sensor 21 and a switch 22. A risk element point number extraction part 32 extracts the point number in every risk element at the area based on the information of the driving environment. Further, a risk level calculation part 33 adds the point numbers in every risk element at the area to calculate an accident risk level and a load restriction execution part 34 presumes activation of the safety equipment according to the accident risk level. When the activation of the safety equipment is expected, warning is emitted from a sound/voice output part 23 and electricity-feeding load restriction is executed by performing cutting of electricity-feeding of the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
