<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user space virtualization system capable of sharing resources without revision even in a legacy application and executing even an application having the possibility of including an untrustable malicious code without affecting the security and privacy of a system. <P>SOLUTION: A native code instruction is sequentially interpreted, in the case of an "instruction sequence for performing processing that can affect security", a security manager is inquired if an active application has authority to execute corresponding processing, a CPU executes a fetched instruction as it is if the active application has the authority to execute the processing, and the fetched instruction is not carried out if the active application does not have the authority to execute the processing.
