PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a detection accuracy as to whether or not a shaft deviation occurs.SOLUTION: A radar device detects a target on the basis of a result of transmission/reception of the survey waves via an antenna for each measurement cycle (S110 to S150). When the present cycle target on a prediction value obtained in the previous cycle is not yet detected in the present cycle, it is extrapolated (S160). Further, a sensing device senses the range including at least a part of the transmission range in which the survey waves are transmitted by sensing means different from the transmission/reception of the survey waves. Based on this sensing result, the presence or absence of an attached product to the object present in the transmission range is determined. Then, the target is extrapolated, and if the attached product is not present in the object, a deviation determination for determining whether or not the object is in a shaft deviation state is executed (S180: YES, S190).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
