PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation program, an estimation device and an estimation method capable of estimating an execution time of a process.SOLUTION: The information processor estimates a first required time as a period of time required for a first process which is included in a workflow prescribing an execution order of the process. The information processor estimates a first time required for executing a first process based on: first work characteristics relevant to the work detail of the first process; a first normal/abnormal type which represents existence/absence of occurrence of abnormality in a work object in the first process; and a first success/fail type which represents an execution result in the prior process of the first process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
