The invention relates to a system for the remote control of the electrical position of a potentiometer which, when inserted, by means of the connections of the ends thereof, in the original control system, provides control inlets that allow a secondary control system or remote control system to optionally modify the balance of resistances on both sides of the cursor of the potentiometer, and as such the electrical position thereof, the resistance relating to the original control system being maintained invariable when the control inlets thereof are activated, as a result of a base circuit that inserts a resistance in series with one of the ends of the potentiometer, and connects a resistance in parallel, which allows the equivalent resistance variation to be compensated, and with calculation algorithms that allow appropriate values of the components to be easily obtained and adjusted for a wide range of applications, potentiometer values and control margins. |
