PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerized toner of superior hot-offsetting resistance property, having proper OHP(overhead projector) transparency and superior electrostatic chargeability. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner obtained by sticking or fixing fine resin particles on particle agglomerates containing at least primary polymer particles, the degree of crosslinking of the fine resin particles is 1-80% with respect to the THF-insoluble component, and the toner contains a wax having melting point in the ronge of 30-100 deg.C.
