PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor device with a higher reliability and a reduced variation in the sensing.SOLUTION: The physical quantity sensor device includes: a sensor equipped to a circuit board for detecting a physical quantity; and a housing with a case containing the sensor and having a ventilating hole drawing air in between the inside and the outside, the circuit board being fixed to a specific position of the inside of the case by a positioning member formed in the case, and the positioning member having at least a part of the ventilating hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
