Moulding material regeneration system - by comminution, annealing impact attrition and screening

Moulding material can be regenerated from remnants of moulds and cores in a foundry by steps in a disintegrator followed by a screen and an annealing kiln. The annealed remnants are then rubbed against each other by pneumatic or mechanical means. Cooling, screening dedusting and metal separation conclude the process.
