PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care support device, an operation method and an operation program for the same, and a medical care support system with which it is possible to easily determine the future state of a disease of a patient being looked after.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 47 acquires, from an electronic medical record database 14, comparison cases that is medical care data the clinical path of which is the same as that of the patient being looked after. A classification unit 48 classifies the comparison cases into a good group and a no-good group in accordance with the length of the duration of medical care. A calculation unit 49 calculates a representative value that represents each group from the inspection values of comparison cases belonging to each of the groups. A determination unit 50 determines by t-test whether or not there is a significant difference between each group. When it is determined by the determination unit 50 that there is a significant difference, a screen display control unit 51 generates a graph comparison display screen 21 in which polygonal line graphs 92, 93 indicating a time-series variation of the representative value and a polygonal line graph 94 indicating a time-series variation of the inspection value of the patient being looked after are superposed one on another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 |
