The bars may be plastics or aluminium alloy and identifiable by colour. The pins may be gripped by the bars or by spring collars (Fig. 11, not shown), held in recesses in the bars. The core may have longitudinal slots into which the rear ends of the pins fit to ensure correct positioning of the parts.
