PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink composed of an orally ingestible material, the inkjet ink allowing stable dispersion of a highly weatherproof pigment.SOLUTION: An inkjet ink for printing a preset print content on a tablet includes: a pigment including coal; a dispersion medium including water; and a dispersant for dispersing the pigment in a dispersion medium. The dispersant includes polydimethylsiloxane. For instance, the amount of polydimethylsiloxane added in the dispersant is 0.003 pts.mass or more based on 1 pts.mass of the pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
