<p>Hydraulic member is incorporated in the flow of force of connecting rod, ram and table. The hydraulic member ensures that there is no elastic deformation introduced by the overload system. The hydraulic part incorporates a valve, which opens under overload, when the drive is in the lower dead centre. The overload valve can be electrically operated and is connected via a control system to an electrical load cell. The hydraulic member is in the form of a hydraulic cylinder which is mounted between the ram and the connecting rod. The load cell is mounted on the connecting rod.</p> |
