The PCM time multiplex transmission system with remote controlled digital subscriber stations, uses a control circuit for a subscriber station which has two subscribers (V1,V2) between the control connections, and in series. A parallel controller (PR) using a transistor (Tr) as a variable resistance is connected to the junction between the two subscribers. This is included in addition to the series controller (LR) at the input end. The parallel controller is connected across the subscriber (V2) with the lower current requirements. The non-regulated control voltage (Uu) at the input end is supplied from a control point or by a concentrator.
