<p>Opposite end cold and hot water intake holes, and a front mounting hole for these to discharge separately into a joint unit, are provided in a base unit in a connecting box for sanitary tap fittings, sited under rendering. It also has two additional, symmetrically sited, mounting apertures (7,8) on the front side, and two symmetrical valve seats (11,18), in the connecting ducts (10,13,17,19) between the intake holes (5,6) and central mounting hole (9), facing the base unit's (2) front, and each coaxial with one of the outer mounting holes. This permits connection of a wide variety of different tap assemblies.</p> |
