The system is for use on rear seat belt systems and consists of a seat belt retractor (2) fitted inside the back rest upholstery (5) and fixed to the sheet bracket (3) by bolts (19). At the top part of the backrest upholstery a slot (8) for the passage of the seat belt (4) is provided. The slot is surrounded by a border consisting of a front (9) and rear (10) parts clamped on the edges of an opening in the fabric (6). The two parts are also locked together by protrusions (11). The front part (9) is fitted on its rear surface with two wing-like ribs (16), which keep the upholstery foam spaced from the slot, to ensure unrestricted sliding of the belt to the retractor entrance.
