1. Process for manufacturing a sealing strip from a flexible sealing portion (12) and a rigid extended mounting portion (5) which are connected to each other sufficiently firmly for use, the mounting portion (5) comprising a foot portion (6) and an integral neckpiece (7) which carries the sealing portion (12) and, by means of two outer portions (10, 11) which are in a one-piece construction with the foot portion (6), encloses a middle portion (14) which is in a one-piece construction with the sealing portion (12), characterised in that the portions (10, 11; 14) of the neckpiece (7) and of the sealing portion (12) have a layered structure and are joined together with the inclusion of an adhesive while the mounting portion (5) is still warm from the extrusion. |
