PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impingement cooling device capable of enhancing the cooling performance by flowing the cooling liquid smoothly.SOLUTION: The outer surface of the bottom plate 3 of a container 2 is the cooling surface 3a to which heat is transmitted from a cooling object, a partition 9 is provided in the center of the container 2 in the thickness direction, a plurality of elongated holes 10 for jetting the cooling liquid toward the inner surface of the bottom plate 3 of the partition 9 are formed to penetrate the partition 9 in the plate thickness direction, and arranged at constant intervals in a direction parallel the bottom plate 3, a discharge flow path 12 opening toward the inner surface of the bottom plate 3 is provided between respective elongated holes 10, and a plurality of fins 6 perpendicular to the discharge flow path 12 are provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate 3. In such an impingement cooling device 1, protrusions 16 rising toward the elongated holes 10 and guiding the cooling liquid jetted therefrom in a direction parallel with the arrangement direction of the elongated holes 10 are provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate 3 and directly under the elongated holes 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
