PURPOSE:To enable a smooth mixing of the titled resin regardless of the length of a pot life, by dispersing each liquid of the main material and the hardener of a two-pack type thermosetting resin, then unifying them till pouring in a container, etc. CONSTITUTION:For example, two liquids of the main material and the hardener of a two-pack type thermosetting resin are introduced to tops of the passage 1 of the main material and the passage 2 of the hardener of each dispersing vessel and both liquids are each dispersed by passing through the branched pipes 1a, 1b and the branched pipes 2a, 2b, then both liquids flowing from the openings of under parts of branched pipes 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b are introduced to a funnel 3 of the mixer and unified, mixed by being made to pass a filter 5, finally it is poured in a container, etc. Also, to mix said liquids uniformly, it is preferable to provide an agitating process after a mixing operation. |
