PURPOSE:To obtain a set of large and small pulleys by assembling two large pulley elements formed by two molds and one small pulley element whiel separating them into each part by blanking. CONSTITUTION:Two large pulley elements 5 are formed. One of the large pulley elements 5 is separated by cutting it into one side part 7 and a base part 8 of a large diameter belt receiving part 3. The one side part 7 of the cut large diameter belt receiving part 3 is joinned to one side part of the large diameter belt receiving aprt 3 of the other of the large pulley elements 5 to form a large diameter pulley. One small pulley element 18 is formed, and said element 18 is separated by cutting it into a blade part 20 and one side part 22 of a small diameter belt receiving part 4. The cut blade part 20 is joinned with one side of the cut base part 6, and the one side 22 of the cut small diameter belt receiving part 4 is joinned with the other side of the base part 6 to form a small diameter pulley. |
