Device for stacking barrels containing liquids intended to permit continuous tapping of liquids. A plurality of barrels are stored stacked next to one another in a plane and vertically above one another on a frame with supporting platforms. The lower part of each barrel is provided with an outlet aperture, an outlet device having a connection line leading from the barrel outlet in the lower part of the barrel to a central tapping apparatus with a plurality of spigots, and the tapping apparatus being connected to the frame beneath the barrels at an ergonomically comfortable level and the barrels being refillable via the inlet device. The spigots of the tapping apparatus can be fed with liquid in both directions.
