发明名称 ELECTROMAGNETIC APPARATUS FOR HIGH FREQUENCY POWER CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve magnetic characteristics, to reduce iron loss and to contrive to make small-sized and lightweight electromagnetic apparatus by a method wherein wound yokes, constituted by winding ribbon-like core material consisting of amorphous magnetic material, are arranged and joined together at both ends of the pole-shaped wound core whereon the prescribed coil will be wound around in such a manner that said wound yokes will be magnetically matched with the pole-like wound core. CONSTITUTION:A wound yoke 32, obtained by deforming into oval shape of a ring 6 consisting of ribbon-shaped core material of amorphous magnetic material wound around utilizing a suitable coil by applying pressure from said face of the ring 6, is arranged and joined together at both ends of a pole-shaped wound core 1 consisted by winding ribbon-like core material consisting of amorphous magnetic material around a suitable winding core 4. The primary coil and a secondary coil 2 are wound around the outer circumference of the pole-shaped wound core 1. At that time, at the junction part of the pole-shaped wound core 1 and the ovel-shaped wound yoke 32, as alternating magnetic flux moves in the direction of the wound-around face of each ribbon-shaped core material, the eddy current loss generating by the alternating magnetic flux which crosses the wound-around ribbon-shaped core material is almost reduced to zero. Besides, as the width measurement B2 of the junction face between the wound yoke 32 and the pole-shaped wound core 1 is made almost equal to the outside diameter of the pole- shaped wound core 1, the height H2 of the wound yoke 32 can be reduced by the amount wherein the magnetic characteristics of the amorphous magnetic material is superior to that of the silicon steel plate.
