PURPOSE:To improve quality and reduce man hour by positioning a workpiece on a movable, vertically movable and rotatable table using a set pin and clamping said workpiece for machining, in a cutting and chamfering device for printed-wiring boards of different dimensions. CONSTITUTION:After inputting the outer dimensions for cutting of a board 3 into the controller of a servomotor 10, a position table 13 is moved to a cutting position. The set pins 5 of a set table 2 are raised and inserted into the reference holes of the board 3 to set the board 3, moving the board 3 to right over a clamp cylinder through a table cylinder 4. Then, the table 2 is raised by means of the clamp cylinder 7 to clamp the board 3 by means of a clamp bar 15. In this condition, cutting and chamfering operations are carried out by means of cutting cutters 11a, 11b, and chamfering cutters 12a, 12b. Due to this construction, a board can be finished in a uniform quality without any dispersion in configuration or unfavorable finishing. |
