PURPOSE:To prevent vapor lock of operating oil due to the heat of compression gas by a method wherein the operating oil, operating the diaphragm, is circulated by the operation of a hydraulic pump to cool the operating oil. CONSTITUTION:The operating oil, pressurized by a first stage hydraulic piston 2, is supplied into first stage diaphragm operating chamber 3 through a non-return valve 8 and is cooled by an oil cooler 4 on the way of returning while the operating oil is circulated again into the cylinder 30 of the first stage hydraulic piston 2 through the non-return valve 10. The operating oil is sucked from the upstream side of the non-return valve 10 into the cylinder 31 of the second stage hydraulic piston 12 to supply it into the second stage diaphragm operating chamber 13 in the same manner and is circulated into the cylinder 31 of the second stage hydraulic piston 12. Cooling fins 58 may be provided on a rectifying plate 56 at the side of compression gas in order to cool the operating oil further. |
