1. A process for fastening inserts inside hollow articles made of thermoplastics, the inserts (4, 14, 24, 34) being introduced into the hollow article (1) before or after its final shaping, and attached to the walls of the hollow article by ultrasonic energy, wherein the inserts (4, 14, 24, 34) are held in the welding position by the head (7) of an anvil (8), and the welds are made by two or more ultrasonic horns (9, 10, 20, 21) which bear, from the outside, via different walls (2, 3, 18, 19) of the hollow article (1), against the anvil inside the hollow article. |
